Learning Outcome
Upon completion of the above programme, participants will be able to:
- Describe key role of corporate governance codes and their usefulness in achieving better corporate governance practices in capital market through the Malaysia Code of Corporate Governance.
- Examine the effectivess implementation of the whistleblowing policy to the success and survival of the capital market industry.
- Relate how the corporate governance practice and whistle blowing policy resulted in Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) / Securities Commission (SC) Code of Ethics and Fit and Proper Criteria Policy.
