To combat ML\/TF, regulator is tightening up laws against ML\/TF. Thus it is important that the reporting institutions understand anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism (AML\/CFT) regime and what are their legal obligations towards combating ML\/TF. Non-compliance of AML\/CFT laws may attract severe punishments and financial losses.<br \/><br \/><\/div><div>In view of the above, AML\/CFT regime has become an utmost priority for many organizations to elevate the level of vigilance to prevent ML\/TF and non-compliance of AML\/CFT laws. AML\/CFT programme within the context of regulatory framework has become increasingly important to create awareness amongst employees.<br \/><br \/><\/div><div>CCO-UMS-CFPD has been designed in collaboration with Universiti Malaysia Sabah &#8211; Centre for Professional Development to allow organizations to understand and to stay updated on regulatory changes on AML\/CFT. To complement this programme, a module on Regulatory Compliance has been included in the AML\/CFT modules to allow the participants to appreciate the compliance of the regulartory
